Flexin’:
Tomorrow & Beyond
We’re Flexin’ the concept of time. We are in constant streams of reflection. We reflect upon the past, the “old road” and where we have been. Usually when we reflect upon those old roads we come across “new roads”, the roads we think and hope we should be on; the road where we collide with our destiny and vision the world around us. We imagine the problems and how they will tell tomorrow’s story and all the possible solutions to the pollution that shades our current world.
What if…just for a moment, you could get that glimpse into the future? What if we could transport ourselves just for a moment into time? How would things be? How would things look? Where would you be? Who would you be? Below is a poem by Kristine Kenyon
~Beyond Tomorrow, Today ~
By Kristine Kenyon
Â
If I could see beyond tomorrow, then do a one-eighty
Into a maze of my recent yesterday’s
I would know what the future
Had in store for me
I would play…
The lottery
Today!
O,
I
Would
Take chances
That I never took
Because I would know
Now that I could, and then, I would
Looking in the rear view mirror of life, look forward
